In Oxfordshire we recommend that all early years settings use the WellComm toolkit as a universal screening and intervention tool to ensure there is equity for children, parents and carers across Oxfordshire.

We would really like your feedback about using the WellComm screening and intervention toolkit.

We would like to know more about the children screened in Oxfordshire during the academic year 2023/24 including what outcomes they attained and the impact of the intervention tool. Please use your records from the academic year 2023/24 to complete the questionnaire below.
