    Self-Assessment -  Quality Monitoring of CYP education, placements and activities or education and/or care

    From September 2022 Oxfordshire County Council requires its providers to complete a self-assessment annually.

    This is an online tool designed to help us assess the quality of education and care delivered by providers.

    Good clinical governance is about making sure that our children and young people receive good quality and safe services that deliver the outcomes they want / need 

    We have introduced this to support the delivery of high-quality assurance assessments and to standardise a consistent approach to quality auditing across Oxfordshire. 

    Your information will assist the quality improvement team to work together to achieve better outcomes for the children and young people of Oxfordshire.
