Dear Care Providers,

I hope this message finds you well. As you may be aware, Storm Bert is expected to affect our area significantly. In light of this, I would like to remind everyone of the importance of preparedness and ensuring that we can continue to provide care to those who depend on us.

If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to provide the necessary care due to the storm, please do not hesitate to contact the Emergency Duty Team on 0800 833 408, immediately. Please contact emergency services if the person is in imminent danger.
