OxRAIL 2040: Plan for Rail (the Plan) is Oxfordshire County Council’s bold plan to improve rail transport across the county over the next 15 years.
We would like to hear your thoughts on the Plan to understand how it can be improved to ensure it works well for everyone in Oxfordshire. This survey asks your opinion on:
Our vision for the county’s rail network
The three themes which are the basis for the Plan’s proposals
Our selection of four priority projects
The phasing of all projects and proposals in the Plan
Please read our consultation document before completing the survey which will provide more detail about our plans.
The survey should take 5 - 10 minutes to complete.
The consultation will run for four weeks from Wednesday 3 September andclosesat 23.59 on Wednesday 1 October 2025.
