We’d love five minutes of your time. Below are few visuals and a couple of questions about some designs and text for job adverts.
We know that you will have a personal preference for certain styles. So it’s not necessarily about the ones you like most because we’ll be using the styles in different ways, but we’re keen to ensure that we understand what stands out and how the ads make you feel about what it would be like working for Oxfordshire County Council.
We will be using photos of real colleagues in this campaign - at the moment we're using stock images.
Your responses will be anonymous and they'll just be used for our planning purposes. Thank you!
