The Council is considering a new model for home care which incorporates the following criteria, please let us know if you agree or disagree with this and the reason if not in agreement:
Apply a 2-Tiered model with Tier 1 requiring a CQC registration of 3 years or more.
All providers on the framework to have an office base in Oxfordshire.
Apply a quality threshold criteria for providers on the new framework.
