Cowley Low Traffic Neighbourhood Follow-Up Perception Survey
Consultation has concluded
Cowley Area (Oxford) Experimental Low Traffic Neighbourhoods
A Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) is an area where through traffic is prevented so that residents can enjoy a quieter neighbourhood and feel safer when they walk, cycle or go by wheelchair.
As part of the evaluation of the current experimental orders in the Cowley area, we are asking you to complete the Cowley LTN follow-up perception survey.
Is this survey the same as the Low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) - Oxford, Cowley area consultation?
No, this is a separate follow-up survey from our initial survey in March 2021. Completing this follow-up survey will help us understand how perceptions may have changed over time. This is important because it means we will able to include people’s changing experiences of the LTNs and not just a one-off response.
Responses to this survey will be compared to responses to the March 2021 survey. Should the experimental orders in the Cowley area continue, a future survey will take place in 2022.
Can I fill in this survey if I did not complete the earlier survey in March 2021?
Yes, this survey is open for everyone to complete. However, the central purpose of the survey is to understand how perceptions have changed over time. To do so we will be linking your answers to the previous and future perception surveys. Even if you did not complete the survey in March 2021, by completing the survey now we can link your answers to a future survey.
Alternative formats
We know that some people can’t, or find it difficult to, take part in online consultations or need things in a different format such as large print, easy read or a different language, to have their say.
If you, or anyone you know needs a printed copy of the questionnaire, information in an alternative format or help with sharing their thoughts on our ideas board please email consultations@oxfordshire.gov.uk or call the county council's customer services team on 01865 792422.
