Consultation has concluded
A safe and well visit is a free service offered by Oxfordshire County Council Fire and Rescue Service.
A firefighter or adviser will visit and offer practical advice on where risks in the home could lead to falls, fires, or other emergencies.
They’ll also check smoke alarms (or fit them) and talk to you or the person you care for about keeping safe in the event of a fire. They can provide advice on health and crime prevention too.
We need your help!
Thank you for taking part in our Safe & Well Survey in October 2020. We asked if you would be willing to resurvey so we can measure how effective the messages are, and you kindly said yes, so we would be really grateful if you could undertake the survey again.
Your answers are really useful to us and help improve the service.
