Have your say
We’d like to hear your views on the Health Visiting and School/College Nursing Services in Oxfordshire, and how we can best support the health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families. Whether you’ve used the services or not, we want to hear your thoughts on what advice/support you think is most important and how we can make services easy to access.

Please fill in our online surveys by clicking the COMPLETE FORM' buttons at the bottom of the page. There are two surveys available:

1. School Nursing Service (5-19 years): Parents, Carers and Professionals Survey

2. Health Visiting Service (0-5 year olds): Parents, Carers and Professionals Survey

Background

The Healthy Child Programme offers every family a range of services, such as advice, developmental reviews and drop-in clinics to support the health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families. Specialist Public Health Nurses help to deliver the programme, with Health Visitors leading the 0-5 years service and School Nurses leading the 5-19 years service. These are funded by Public Health in Oxfordshire County Council.

Please see the documents section on the right-hand side of the page for more information on what the current services offer in Oxfordshire and the guidance for the Healthy Child Programme.

Feedback and Outcomes:

We will share the results of the surveys online. Your views will help to inform and shape the planning and delivery of the Healthy Child Programme in Oxfordshire.
