I have a question about the proposed scheme - where can I find out more information?

I would like to provide my feedback by email. Is that possible and if so, what is the email address?
We would prefer that the online survey is completed so that we receive your feedback on specific aspects of the proposed scheme too, and there are opportunities to write comments in the survey. Do I need to provide my name and/or contact details in the survey or is it anonymous?
The survey includes a section 'About You' so that we can understand whether we are hearing the views of a range of people and communities. There are four general questions about age, sex, ethnic background and any health issues/ disabilities. All are optional questions and can be skipped. We do not ask for your name or contact details in this section.
There is also a question about whether you would like to receive updates about the proposed scheme and/or other county matters. This is an optional question and any email details that you do provide will be separated from the survey analysis and never published.
If you tell us in the survey that you are responding as a business/ organisation, you will be asked to provide the name of the organisation. However, provision of the name is also optional.
