Review of the jointly developed Care Standards in care homes
Want to hear about lived experiences to incorporate any learning into the work we are doing on care homes.
Residents Interview Questions
We work for Oxfordshire County Council, which is the organisation responsible for making sure there are good quality places in care homes across the area for residents we arrange to live there. We’d like to talk to you about your experience of living in your care home.
It’s important for us to understand what works well for people living in care homes in Oxfordshire and what could be better.
This is so we can make sure that each care home is providing the care and support that people need.
We will use the feedback you have given today alongside the views of other people to help us to review and update the quality standards that all care homes in Oxfordshire must meet. When this review is finished, we will send all care homes information to share with their residents.
If you have any specific problems or issues with your care home, we can’t help with that directly. We can however give you advice and signpost you to how to get help to sort out any issues.
