We are making contact with you from the Assistive Technology Team as we are aware that you have recently borrowed some equipment from our Assistive Technology Library. The trial of the equipment was likely to have been arranged by your Adult Social Care or Health worker.
As a team we would be really grateful to have some feedback from you about what you thought of the product and if it has had any impact on your daily life.
Background:
The Assistive Technology Team sit within the Adult Social Care Operations at Oxfordshire County Council. We work alongside workers in Adult Social Care Teams and Health teams.
As a team we research into different items of Assistive Technology that are available on the market to help people in the community to remain living at home as independently as possible.
Your feedback will help us to review the products we currently use and help us to research into other items available on the market.
