The Oxfordshire Museum is committed to supporting the needs of visitors with additional needs or access requirements. We would welcome your feedback to improve our service and ensure everyone can enjoy the museum.
Who is this survey for?
This survey is open to everyone , including those who have not visited the museum before. We are particularly interested in hearing from those who have a disability or impairment.
We are offering all those who complete the survey a 10% discount off hot drinks in the museum café - speak to reception when you arrive to let them know if you have completed the survey online
What we will do with this information:
The Oxfordshire Museum Service is working to develop and improve accessibility and inclusion for disabled people and those with support needs. We are working closely with disabled residents and disabled people’s organisations. This enables us to have a full and holistic view on what we need to do to improve the service to provide a great experience for everyone. We would like your feedback about your experiences and what you feel can be improved within our service.
On average, this survey will only take a few minutes to complete.
