This consultation is to give interested parties the opportunity to make comments on the Public Path Temporary Diversion Order made under Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257/261 to temporarily divert part of Wroxton & Balscote Footpath No.3 until 31st December 2026.
Any objections/representation must be made in writing to the Countryside Records Team at the following address Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, Oxford, OX1 1ND before the end of the consultation period.
