Transport and road services satisfaction surveys

Have your say in a nationwide survey on public satisfaction with transport and road services.

What's involved?

We're asking for your views on:

• accessibility
• highways maintenance
• public transport
• road safety
• tackling congestion
• walking and cycling
• business users.

The surveys are independent and have been created for the National Highways and Traffic Network (NHTN). You can take part in all of them, each will only take a couple of minutes.

How we'll use your feedback

The answers you give will help us understand how you feel, but also inform decisions about roads, cycling, bus services and public transport in the county.

Things you need to know

• The surveys are all anonymous - the information we ask for will just help us to analyse the data. E.g. age range.
• If you've just moved to the area or don't pay council tax, don't worry, we want to hear from a wide range of people.
