Consultation has concluded
The Business Improvement Team are working with the Customer Services Team to review the current process around Residential Parking Permits. As part of this review, it’s vital that we gather feedback from customers who use this service.
We would be grateful if you would complete the questions in our survey. Each question will ask you to give a score from 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest).
Each question also has a free text box for you to explain any information about your answer which will help us to understand the current customer experience.
Alternative formats We know that some people can’t, or find it difficult to, take part in online consultations or need things in a different format such as large print, easy read or a different language, to have their say.
