We are working to understand the health needs of Oxfordshire residents related to physical activity, whether people are able to be as active as they would like to be, what barriers they face, and what support they have.
We know that in Oxfordshire we have a vibrant and diverse community and voluntary sector, as well as small businesses who are providing physical activity services.
We would like to hear from you and to capture some of your insight into what physical activity looks like for your participants. This will be used to develop our understanding of the needs of Oxfordshire residents and to inform future strategy on physical activity in Oxfordshire.
Being active every day provides a foundation for a healthier and happier life. Research has shown that physical activity supports mental and physical health, and can also have wider social and community benefits.
Please take part if you provide an activity that gets people moving in Oxfordshire through a community or voluntary organisation, or as a small business or self employed person.
