Our residents’ satisfaction survey needs you!
It’s that time of the year again where we need your help to tell us how we are doing as a county council. We would like to hear from you through our residents’ survey so we can check in on how satisfied you are with the services we are delivering. And crucially, find out what services are most important to you and hear about any local issues that are affecting you and your communities.
Households have been selected at random to take part and we have asked Marketing Means, an independent research agency, to carry out our annual survey. It should take no more than 20 minutes to complete, and the results will help shape future priorities and our budget. Any member of your household aged 18 or over can fill it in.
If your household is invited to take part, we very much hope you will have your say. All your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence. Any data will be held securely and no information which may identify you as an individual will be used in any published report or passed on to any third party.
On street interviews
Street interviews are also being conducted to support the residents survey in the following locations:

12 June
Banbury
31 May, 7 and 9 June
Didcot
