A further online meeting has been arranged on Wednesday 14 January 2026, 7pm - 8.30 pm where the proposals will be explained and there is an opportunity to put forward questions and ask points for clarification.

Anyone is welcome to attend any meeting.

This event is open to all residents across Oxfordshire, but you need to book so we can understand any additional needs you have and email you the joining instructions.

If you would like to submit a question in advance, you can ask this on the booking form. Questions can also be asked at the meeting without being submitted in advance .
