Background
There will be new supported living contracts in the summer (2023) for some people who currently receive support from HFT and The Camden Society in Oxfordshire.
The organisation(s) that will supply the support will be chosen through a procurement process led by Oxfordshire County Council.
The chosen organisation could be one that currently holds the contract or could be a new provider. If a new organisation is awarded the contract, existing staff would be offered the opportunity to transfer across to the new provider. Details of any changes would be communicated to you by the new provider.
Have your say
We are inviting people who receive support, and their families, to have their say by taking part in an online information session, and to complete a feedback questionnaire. Staff from HFT and The Camden Society will help people who receive support to provide feedback.
Invitation to complete a feedback questionnaire
We encourage people to provide feedback about the current support people have. People who are supported and their families can have their say by either completing an online questionnaire or a paper version that can be scanned and emailed, or posted back.
There are different questionnaires - one for people who receive support, and one for their relatives.
Staff from HFT and The Camden Society will help people who receive support to provide feedback.
You can have your say by completing one of these four questionnaires.
For people who currently receive support from HFT or The Camden Society:
• Easy Read paper copy of questionnaire - this can be downloaded from this page and scanned/ posted back to us
For families of people who currently receive support from HFT or The Camden Society:
• Paper copy of questionnaire - this can be downloaded and scanned/posted back to us
If people who receive support or family members do not wish to attend an online event or provide feedback through one of the questionnaires, you do not need to do anything further.
Invitation to an online information session
We are holding three online information sessions where you can find out more about the procurement process for the new supported living contracts, and have the opportunity to provide feedback on the current support that people have. Attendance is optional.

The three online information sessions are on Thursday 15 December:
- From 11:00am - 12:00pm: for people who currently receive support from HFT
- From 3:30pm - 4:30pm: for people who currently receive support from The Camden Society
- From 6:30pm - 7:30pm: for families of people who currently receive support from HFT or The Camden Society

What will happen next
Once organisation(s) have been chosen through the procurement process led by Oxfordshire County Council, we will get back in touch to let you know the outcome and will send details of the organisation(s) which have been offered contracts.
You will then have the opportunity to meet someone from the organisation to ask questions. It is up to you how much you wish to be involved.
