Theme 1: Having a Life

Theme 2: Health and wellbeing

Theme 3: Having a place to live

Theme 4: Homes not hospitals


4 key areas relate to all of the key themes. They are:

  • Life changes, including moving from child to adult services
  • Paid staff (workforce)
  • Assistive Technology
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion
