Background

On behalf of Oxfordshire County Council, Lifted Care has been asked to conduct research with care providers in South East England.

The aims of this research are to understand providers’ experience of international recruitment and the challenges and barriers they face.

This is to be used to develop a design scope for a technology platform that will be available to all care providers in the region.

The responses to this survey will be shared with Lifted Care for analysis and service design work.
