Come along and help make Oxfordshire a more inclusive place to live, work or study!

We want to hear about your experiences of inclusion (good or bad) and how you want Oxfordshire to be more inclusive to live, work or study.

About the Including Everyone framework

Oxfordshire County Council is refreshing its equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) framework, called Including Everyone. You can find out more about the project by clicking on the ‘Including Everyone – more information’ pdf under ‘Documents’ on the right hand side of this page.

Your views will drive our EDI work over the next four years. Help develop a vision and priorities that will make real, positive change in our communities.

Inclusion workshops

You can claim £15 for attending a workshop and sharing your views. The form to claim this will be shared at the end of the session.

The workshop for members of Oxfordshire's Jewish community will take place online at 7 - 8:30pm, Wednesday 1 May 2024.

Join us at a focus group and tell us what matters most to you. We want to hear about your experiences, and what you think it’s most important for the council to work on.

Book your place

Click below 'Complete booking form' below to secure your place now. We will send participants instructions for joining the online session one working day before the event.

We have limited spaces, so please let us know if you have booked but can no longer make it. This will allow somebody else to attend instead.

Your safety

Because of the nature of the conversations please be mindful of your wellbeing and keep yourself safe before, during and after the session. If you need someone to talk to you can call the Samaritans for free, at any time, on 116 123.

Please note: we are unable to address any individual cases of inclusion or discrimination issues. Should we feel there is an issue of safeguarding we will share our concerns with the safeguarding team.
