Key dates

Please make sure you put your form in by 11:59pm on Tuesday 19 May. Be aware that this date may change if we get a lot of requests to join in. 

We will send out emails to those who are selected to attend on the 28th May. Please check your junk/spam folders in case an email is there for you. Please reply to it immediately so we know you will take up your place. 

The event will be held in central Oxford (near the Westgate library) from 11-1pm. Joining instructions will be in the email sent to those selected to attend
