Consultation has concluded
Each year we ask frontline and volunteer staff to complete this short questionnaire in order to help us assess the effectiveness of our strategic arrangements for safeguarding children and adults with care and support needs.
Have your say! This is your opportunity to inform us of whether what we're doing at a strategic level is actually improving safeguarding practice at the frontline.
This includes: Training and learning, responding to safeguarding issues and the safeguarding boards.
The returns are all confidential and anonymous and a collated response for your agency will be reported within the Safeguarding Self-assessment.
We really value your input!
Please fill in our online questionnaire by clicking the ‘Complete Form’ button below.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes.
