We want to continue to improve the safety of child pedestrians and so are reviewing the advice and guidance we provide.
Please read the following information as it explains the evaluation we are completing.
Why have we asked you to complete this questionnaire?
We are constantly looking to improve our Road Safety services and this questionnaire allows us to assess the effectiveness of the Footsteps guide to parents and carers.
How long will it take to complete?
It will take most people less than five minutes to complete this questionnaire. We will be asking for an email address to send you two follow-up questionnaires, one at four weeks and the other at eight weeks later. These will take the same amount of time to complete.
How will the information be used?
The information will be used to improve the Footsteps resource. We will also use it to write reports that we may release into the public domain, but it will not be possible to identify individuals from these reports.
Can I withdraw from the survey?
You can withdraw your data at any time, however this is only possible if you have provided an email address. If you have not done so then your data cannot be removed.

Any information will be held in confidence and will only be shared with eDriving Solutions Ltd who are helping us to complete the evaluation.
