Cost of Living scheme: We want to hear your views!
Who can take part?
If you live in Oxfordshire and:
Have received Cost of Living support
Needed support but didn’t qualify
Or weren’t aware support was available
…we’d really value your feedback.
What is the Cost of Living scheme?
This scheme helps residents facing financial pressures due to rising living costs. Support includes:
Financial assistance
Essential household items
Free school meals during holidays
Your experiences help us understand what’s working and where we can do better.
About the survey
The survey asks how you’ve used the scheme and how it’s helped. It’s anonymous — we won’t ask for your name or address. We do ask a few ‘About You’ questions to better understand the communities we’re hearing from.
Why your views matter
Your feedback will shape how we support residents in the future. We’re also listening to support services. All responses will be included in a report for Councillors early next year to help improve the scheme.
Thank you for your interest in this survey, please click on the 'Take survey' button below to start.
The survey will close at 9.00am on 17 November 2025
