Your Life Beyond Care survey, young people's information

Oxfordshire County Council and the Your Life Beyond Care survey for young people who are care leavers.

Thanks for completing the survey. You can enter a prize draw as a thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. There are a couple of things you need to do to enter.

There are 2 prize drawers over the 4 weeks the survey is open. Dates and prize details below.

Your details will be kept separate from the survey and only used to ensure you receive your prize, if you win. Here are the full Terms and Conditions for the prize draw.

To enter:

Online survey at the end take a screen shot of your submitted survey and send it with your full name and your mobile number to BrightSpots@Oxfordshire.gov.uk or via WhatsApp on 07394 866416

Paper survey send your name and mobile number on a separate paper with your completed paper survey. It will get separated once we receive it. Place in an envelope and copy the text as below (no other writing) and post ASAP so it arrives before 25 November.

Personal advisers should check in with you after completing the survey, as it could be triggering for you. If they don't or you need to speak to someone please get in touch with them or another trusted adult. You can also contact an anonymous helpline like the Samaritans who are there to listen about anything. Or you can also text SHOUT 85258 who can have a text chat with you about your feelings.
