Consultation has concluded
In December 2023 the Local Government Boundary Commission asked for your views on proposed new electoral arrangements for Oxfordshire County Council.
They received 98 comments from people and organisations to help decide the new electoral divisions for the council.
Changes in response to what local people said include:
A new division pattern for Banbury
Charlton included in Wantage West division.
As a result of this independent review, going forward there will be 69 single-councillor divisions, this is an increase of 6 from the existing arrangements.
The boundaries of 64 divisions will also be changed.
