Ducklington – Determination of application to record a public footpath alongside Lakeside Allotments, Ref: 03706

NOTICE OF DETERMINATION

Oxfordshire County Council hereby gives notice that the above application submitted by Joyce Hussain on 21 November 2022, for an Order under Section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to modify the Definitive Map and Statement has been determined.

The Council has consulted with every local authority whose area includes the land to which the application relates.

The Council has determined that no Order to modify the Definitive Map and Statement will be made as there is insufficient evidence to support the application, and there is some evidence that the landowners did not intend to dedicate the route.
