Milton-under-Wychwood – Determination of application for a footpath ref. 03483

To inform interested parties that the council has determined an application to record a public footpath between footpath no. 5 and footpath no. 14 in Milton-under-Wychwood parish.

The Council has determined against the application as the rights claimed by the applicant were extinguished by The West Oxfordshire District Council Milton Under Wychwood Claimed Footpath Public Path Extinguishment Order 2019.
