Planning Inspectorate reference ROW/3329161
The Ipsden Bridleway No. 31 Modification Order 2023 received 10 objections and Oxfordshire County Council sent the Order along with its submission of supporting documents to the Planning Inspectorate on 3 May 2024.
A Public Inquiry was opened virtually on MS Teams on 7 October, so the Inspector could be advised of dates when interested parties are unavailable to attend the main inquiry. The main inquiry will now be held at Ipsden Village Hall, Fir Close, Ipsden, Wallingford, OX10 6AH on Tuesday 21 April 2026 and is scheduled for 3 days.
