The Ipsden Bridleway No. 31 Modification Order 2023 received 10 objections and Oxfordshire County Council sent the Order along with its submission of supporting documents to the Planning Inspectorate on 3 May 2024.
A Public Inquiry is to be opened virtually on MS Teams on Tuesday 7 October at 10.00am, so the Inspector can be advised of dates when interested parties are unavailable to attend the main inquiry. The main inquiry will now be held on a date to be confirmed between 24 November 2025 and 3 April 2026.
